The Birchtree-Pinewood Neighborhood Association is a dedicated group of residents committed to maintaining and enhancing our shared spaces. As we are neither a Planned Unit Development (PUD) nor governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA), this responsibility falls to us as neighbors.
We provide ongoing maintenance and seasonal landscaping for the monument sign at the entrance to our neighborhood, as well as festive decorations throughout the year. Our association also organizes social events, coordinates improvements to our neighborhood, and serves as a collective voice in discussions with the city.
Through these efforts and more, we strive to preserve and improve our neighborhood. If you are a resident, we would love for you to volunteer and/or consider making a donation to support our efforts.

Donate
We accept cash, check, or electronic payments through PayPal. While we are not currently registered as a 501(c)(3) organization, we hope to obtain that status in 2025.
We suggest that every household contribute $25-$50 per year. Every penny goes directly to the organization and back to the neighborhood.
